They go to a queue where an editor has to log in on-line and approve or reject them. We work day jobs and try to lead normal lives and can’t always be at a computer to check the comments queue; sometimes there’s a long delay and you just gotta be patient. Your eloquently worded post appeared at 6:42 am. So if you were trying to post comments in the wee hours of the morning, chances are I’m going to be sound asleep and it’s daytime in S. Korea where Kim is off to labor camp toiling for slave wages. Apparently, Kim found your comment amusing enough to post.

On another topic, if your article submissions to DV have gone unpublished, it means we just weren’t all that dazzled by them. Nothing personal, that’s life. Try another publication. One day you might send one we like and post it.

I suppose Kucinich is going to maintain his lib/rad credentials with this pathetic dog and pony show. No wonder the approval rating of congress is on par with Bush and Cheney’s.
