Great effort George. If I'd known when and where you were going to have a go at nicking him I would have joined you. Together we might have equalled one gorilla.

I find references to Nuremberg, as if it were an example of truth and justice, to be about as compelling as the vaunted Hague, another made for TV court room.
On one hand, (Nuremberg) you have "confessions" tortured out of the accused, and on the other hand (Hague) you have guilty verdicts by media applied ahead of time, then death while incarcerated sentences applied as needed, as a buffer to appeal.

What does the future hold for the Holy virtues of truth, justice and honor?
I think we all know what. The key word being "think," as in thought crimes.
"But your "honor," I saw a glint in his eye when...

The amusing thing is that citizen's arrests are, in practice, almost impossible under English law and would certainly not have been lawful in the circumstances of this case. But some of the US conservative websites, who obviously didn't know that, have been hopping up and down about this (remember what happened to Pinochet!). A very effective protest!
