Do you understand why you are delusional? Do you even know the proper names of the countries you are writing about? So, as a 15 year-old, you were sent on a CIA mission to rescue resistance fighters who were partisans after the fall of the “Plague Spring.” Do you know that there never were any Czech partisans, either in 1968 or in World War II?

Do you have a single document from the CIA that supports your claim to have been a high-level officer? Or was it sex slave? Or was it “coerced asset”? You were sexually molested by the CIA since the age of 3?

You do know, of course, that your account of the Tice and Lindauer episodes are completely erroneous? Lindauer was in contact with Saddam Hussein’s intelligence agents and Judge Mukasey ruled she was incompetent to stand trial. The prosecution wanted to administer a drug that would help cure her psychosis but Mukasey ruled against them. She is in the bizarre position of wanting a trial when the government feels she is incompetent to be tried for anything. Tice was believed to be suffering from psychotic paranoia, but was never forced to take any drugs.

The fact that you feel that people who challenge the many holes in your story are involved in a “smear campaign” against you speaks reams about your credibility.

Why would your sister in Taiwan, of all places, be embarrassed at your links with the CIA?

How would you as a neurologist come across reams of inside information about government contracting fraud? Why would you have access to any of that? Where was your need to know?

What’s this “FBI” uniform you were sent. Since when do they have uniforms, except dark suits?

Why would the CIA send a physician to NY to investigate KGB hacking of a NYPD computer? Do you have expertise in that field?

Why would a neurologist have instant access to Tenet or Cheney?

They never heard of you at the Committee, incidentally. Which person did you say you contacted?

Those who do not honestly try to ascertain the facts and argue based on them, should be assumed to be for the corruption, until proven otherwise. Nothing was stopping readers from asking me pertinent questions, before they rush into a character assassination of me. Thus, those engaged in a smear campaign appears to be in favor of ongoing corruption.

Nowhere has the person(s) engaged in the smear campaign said that they are free of intelligence or corporate connections to those defrauding the taxpayer. The companies involved, like Halliburton, have their own intelligence people, rather like a corporate Mafia. Are we to assume that they will idly stand by and do nothing while the truth is being told about their corruption? No. I expected a smear campaign. It is a known fact published by the GAO that enormous amounts of corporate fraud has been committed and not been prosecuted. One of the people responsible for oversight of the missing billions was so caviler as to say, “What is the big deal?” Since the corruption has not been adequately prosecuted it is clearly being protected from the top. Everyone can figure that out.

The only thing different about my testimony is that I was inside the CIA and Pentagon at a very high level and had a need to know if foreign agents were behind this corruption. I sent my information to the US Congressional Govt. Oversight and Reform Committee to be investigated. So, why are some people so desperate to try to discredit me, instead of writing Congress and demanding that investigation? Such matters require serious investigation, not hiding the allegations under a label of “she must be crazy”.

I clearly stated in Cases 1-17 that I had many intelligence students whom I had trained helping me in the collecting of this intelligence. Obviously, I was not able to name them due to their being covert operatives and the danger entailed.

As a medical director, I had physicians working under me seeing patients. My medical work was about 10 hours a week. I was able to do it from any internet access point in the world, if I so chose, with some exceptions. My Medical work stopped in Oct. 2003. I put in exceptionally long hours for the CIA and Pentagon from Oct. 2003 to Aug. 2004, and indeed had done the same even before.

Many opponents of the powers-that-be have been smeared as crazy. For example, Senator John McCain and ex-Vice President Al Gore were smeared by the press as “crazy” at various times. Do a google search on “McCain crazy” or “Al Gore crazy” and you will see how much effort is spent on falsely labeling people crazy to discredit them.

In some cases, the CIA/CACI go to more effort when an ‘insider’ is a very serious threat to the US Administration’s plans. The NSA analyst Russ Tice who exposed the domestic spying scandal was thrown in a mental hospital to give him a record of being crazy (see http://www.buzzflash.com/alerts/05/12/ale05176.html” \t “_blank” http://www.buzzflash.com/alerts/05/12/ale05176.html ). Also, see the case of Susan Lindauer, a journalist who was thrown into a mental hospital and drugged against her will when she brought back information from Iraq that Saddam Hussein was willing to have the weapons’s inspectors back ( see http://groups.yahoo.com/group/war_of_the_wolves/message/8 ). When one hears of a case where a whistle blower is suddenly labeled crazy, it shows how much effort the guilty went to; that adds credibility to the whistle blower’s allegations.

When I was outed from the CIA after refusing an illegal assignment from Cheney, I was thrown in a mental hospital to try to discredit me. I had been tortured by CACI for 4 days and injected with drugs against my will to try to make me look crazy. The CIA uses long-acting BZ and an amphetamine to prevent sleep to do that. I had no history of psychiatric hospitalizations or ever being put on anti-psychotics. I was quickly let out again when the medical physician determined that I was only suffering from sleep deprivation. The psychiatrists were apparently witting to the plan by the US Administration to lock me up for good, as they tried to hide from me the sleep study which helped get me released.

Only intelligence agencies or privatized torture companies, like CACI, used such sophisticated methods. Such injuries occurring during paralysis are obviously not self-inflicted. All of the trauma to my mind that I have suffered is the result of efforts to try to silence me. Therapists I have seen have diagnosed me as having Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and a mild case of Dissociative Identity Disorder. The latter problem is denial of what really happened due to horrendous torture, not making up delusional stories. It is the exact opposite of schizophrenia. Obviously, the therapists who knew me well and had the requisite training were the ones qualified to make the determination, not lay people who have never even met me.

Because my sister, Linda Gail Arrigo, whom I have rarely seen since I was age 9, was alleging that I was schizophrenic, I emailed her recently to ask her why. She said that it was politically embarrassing to her that I said I had worked for the CIA. Yes, I can see that having a sister who had worked for the CIA could cause her some political problems in Taiwan where she is well known. 

She went on to say that she had concluded that both my older sister, Jean Maria Arrigo, and I were crazy. My sister Jean recently blew the whistle on the American Psychological Association’s condoning the use of psychologists assisting in torture interrogations. That surprised me that Linda said both of us were delusional. 

The reason she gave for coming to that conclusion was because we had both said that our father had been violent towards us as children. My mother also says that she was beaten by him and that was why she left him. And my sister Jean said that she had to repeatedly call Adult Protective Services because he was beating his next wife who was sick and on dialysis. So, 4 out of 5 of us are in agreement that Joseph Arrigo, bless his soul, had a history of violence. Linda was his favorite child and we agree that he did not beat her. I am very grateful that she was spared that. But, for her to claim that she knows what happened to us when she was not there–now that is absurd. She has a right to her denial, but I cannot share it. 

For her to publicly and insensitively denounce the victims of his violence as crazy, borders on cruelty, given what they have already been through.

My mother called as I was working writing this rebuttal. She had this to add on the subject;

I am the mother of Dr. Sue Arrigo, Linda Gail Arrigo in Taiwan, and Jean Maria Arrigo who blew the whistle on the American Psychological Association.
Joe Arrigo beat me repeatedly and tried to kill me four times. Joe Arrigo molested and injured two of his daughters, but not Linda because she was his favorite.
After WWII, Captain Joseph Arrigo and our family lived at the San Francisco Presidio where he was working for the US Army.
I divorced Joe Arrigo about 1958 because of his violence. He said I would be on poverty row within 6 months. I steeled myself, got a Master’s Degree in Mathematics, plus 4 years of college. I taught calculus at San Diego Mesa College for 35 years, retiring at age 81. In 1990, I joined 7 teachers there to sue our Chancellor who was trying to steal $20 million from our community college district. We recovered $9.6 million.
Dr. Sue Arrigo is not crazy! She was tortured by our American military and CIA because of what she was uncovering.
In 2004, I went to the East Coast to rescue her. She has special talents that help her uncover the truth of the deceit by the Bush Administration. The American Public should deem itself fortunate to have a reliable person with the courage to uncover the frauds of our current US Administration.
I am currently volunteering at Children’s Hospital and at La Jolla library. I was on Channel 6 TV for taking 5 car loads of books to a new Middle School 50 miles north of San Diego which had no books! Because of low budget 1,000 teachers were just fired in San Diego. Yes, she was kidnaped in Virginia, raped and tortured. She has a personal relationship with George Tenet and Dick Cheney. She was involved in DOD ESP experiments as late as 2003 although the program was cancelled as worthless in 1995. She also treated UBL in the U.S. at the behest of the CIA. Her sister says that she has been a paranoid schizophrenic for decades. This is one “story” that badly needs quality control.
