I tore up the prescription. Instead I took Vitamin E, Co Q 10, and got a lot of fresh air, hard work, and sunshine. I am now 71 and can count one hand the number of hot flashes I had. What made me stop taking it was the discovery that it was produced using the urine of pregnant mares which horrified me. I felt relieved that I was not a participant in this cruel trade.
