		<description>unfortunately the other super power does not control money, armies, parliaments, spy agencies (terrorist org's), media, schooling.
perhaps only 5-10%  of the world pop. controls with iron grip the rest of us.
how can we lessen the grip? or better yet, eliminate it? we may note tat the ruling class  cannot at this time start killing or imprisoning dissidents. that's a big plus for us.
we do have a chance to widen our education of  the subjugated and oppressed people. once we do that we can take another long loook to see where to go from there. but i hope/believe, education is the key.
rich people can't stay rich w.o. us. so, there is hope. thank u</description>
