		<description>Thank you for your outrage.  I can't help but notice the disparity of values between our government and our people.  What you describe here is shameful and cannot be justified under any circumstances.   Yet this is where our tax dollars are being spent.  Imagine if instead of paying psychologists to be complicit in destroying the psyches of human beings, they were being paid to help American mothers get through the traumatic struggle of having to cope with the rising challenges and despair they face every day and often are unable to deal with.  This is about our value system and our voices demanding that our money be spent  in ways that value human life, not in ways that show a belief that life is beneath our contempt.</description>
