The only possibility of this, Rich, is in the Muslim Middle East and possibly India and China. For as long as they can resist or remain in one piece.
The West is screwed, blued and tattooed and it has been for quite some time.
The very fact you think there is even a remote possibility of free will/self determination, exemplifies the totality of control, the insidious science of manipulating behaviour these miscreants have developed to a degree approaching magic.
The money changers/bankers and their Igor like propagandists and administrators have usurped their rightful place in the grand scheme of things and attained the throne of King of the realm.
When you finance both sides of a conflict, control both sides of a debate and possess virtually ALL sources of information, it’s pretty much over. All that remains are the sadistic side shows and money counting that is their life blood. That is, if they even have blood in their veins. I have my doubts…

It’s true that co-option occurs eventually; this is why there is always the need for new alternative media to emerge. We have to start somewhere and stop just being pessimistic and defeatist. This is also why I say we need to re-think the whole 3 branches of government and replace it with something better, which will eventually need to be replaced years from now.

The ‘alternative media’ will eventually, sooner or later, morph by hook and crook into that which it replaced. The usual fanfare, back patting and celebratory humanitarianism.
The new alternative medium, the few who dare point out the hidden in plain sight discrepancies, (there are a couple here) will be castigated as, well…you know the drill..
All the while the usual suspects (they never really left) will be assimilating and rewarding the new crop of those who ‘get along.’
The best that might be hoped for, expected, is a decade or two of self delusion accompanied by that nagging whispering in the back of your mind…

Imagine if we had a mainstream media that fairly and accurately reported these things to joe q. public - what we need is real MEDIA reform. The place to start is to support non-mainstream media with viewership, listenership and purchasing power.
