So, parasites operate without scruple, eh? Hardly a ground-shaking revelation. Greed and fear and panic, and subterranean subterfuge have dominated 'markets' since the Tulip Mania and the South Sea Bubble, and well before. The parasite class is self-selecting. Ordinary people have consciences, and will recoil from theft and chicanery. Not 'The Masters of the Universe', in their revealingly psychotic, need one mention childishly deluded, self-description. This financial parasite class is the scum on the surface of a vast cess pool that is Market Capitalism. Beneath this 'upper crust' billions toil to produce the wealth the leeches confiscate. Most of the toilers live in abject want, despite their labours, and their plight worsens as the blood-suckers' demands grow the greater. And all the while the fermenting, boiling ocean of shit that is Market Capitalism, is eating away the very life-supports that have made this planet the one outpost of intelligent life we know of in the Universe. How the supposed apotheosis of this intelligence, Homo sapiens, has allowed a tiny group of vampires to bring it all to ruin and collapse, will puzzle scientists and philosophers for aeons. What a pity they almost certainly won't be our descendants.

Remember?
The Soviet economy? It was driven from Moscow and went down the toilet.
Now, led by those who spout libertarian principles but behave in the manner of the old Soviet Apparatchiks with a centrally controlled economy, we are rapidly sending our economy down the same toilet!
Why? Because those who control the strings, the corporations, want to be protected by government ...

The solution? My guess is Balkanize the US and hope like hell that we live in a place modeled on the Articles of Confederation and NOT on the current Corporo-Capitalist Command Economy state (i.e., what a certain Italian defined as Fascism).
