		<description>For the last week, I've been blinking my headlights at heavy-truckers in the daytime.   No response to date, which is hardly even irritating except in the case of those engaged in hauling a few miles from the local rock-pit to the super-home-construction site on the other side of my part of town.

Then I heard yesterday that construction in Reno, Nevada, had stopped dead.  And something to the effect that the town's 600% growth has stalled.  Amidst continuing frenzied business activity overall, of course.</description>
