It looks rather obvious this site isn’t worth the Captains time. Those posting that belittle someone trying to bring attention to the aspect of our government who advocates bullying, torture, lying, deceipt, and the use of false flag events to terrorize the enemy and their own people would rather mock the Captain.

Would one rather the Captain post pictures at his worst? Would it build his credibility?

As for the idiot who has stepped forward to represent a disgusting reality of warfare for the world to see, I have met in real life on the street, many times. Yes, he is believable.

Rank or theatre experience are meaningless if achieved without the right intent……….in no way do I respect the rank of those who train troops to torture and humiliate. Scum is scum, no matter what ornament you place on it.

Also I’d like to say that Larry has some valuable and important facts in his post and if the three voices monopolizing the posts with their distractive tactics are at all interested in educating themselves they can start with the Bush Agenda by Antonia Juhasz. If her credentials aren’t legit enough for you then read some Noam Chomsky. Or better yet, how about if you read your own governments documents. They are very aggressive like you three so you should enjoy them very much. I can give you links. Or try reading the New York Times occasionally, by far not the most left wing or progressive newspaper and yet even it is more balanced and informed on the facts and issues than you three seem to be.

Its amazing to me that three people can take up so much time sniveling back and forth without practicing any common sense or dialogue concerning the issues here. Evie, Tom, Lloyd, you are obviously having some sort of abnormal and petty power struggle with Capt. May here. The thing that I noticed most in this string of BS you three constantly spew is that you manage to draw attention away from the issues of the facts that there are women in Iraq being raped, including American women, and torture is being practiced and the CIA is educating the soldiers on how to do it. So are psychologists. War and its effects on the psyche have not and will not change over time. The crimes that were committed in every other war will not escape this war. If anything they may even be worse in this one because of the awareness of the media cover up as well the military tactics for cover up. None of you three know the first thing about special forces or green berets. I don’t even know anyone that has posted on here and yet I can plainly see the distracters who will use any number of bullshit bully tactics to pull focus away from the issues that should not be ignored. I’ve seen and heard these type of tactics being used many times.

You don’t know more than I do Tom- you don’t know a thing about me. Among other duties I work with families of traumatized or dead troops from this war and know what is going on every day over there. We work with families of suicides, homicides, friendly fire and all the rest. We work with men and women who have been sexually assaulted and either living a nightmare or killed themselves over it. I know families who talk about what their soldier or Veteran went through and it’s a complete nightmare. We’ve listened many times to Veterans of several wars who say this is the most savagely fought war in history by those fighting it. There’s another layer of brutality being taught to soldiers. Veterans coming back and becoming police are a new problem for this country too. Captain May is for real and you obviously just can’t face the truth. I am done here- you just don’t get it and never will. For some reason you want to think you are the biggest baddest Veteran around, but you’re not. Every war has its share of atrocities (remember the unnecessarily destroyed villages in Viet Nam?). In the case of Iraqnam, the entire war (known as a War of Aggression) has become a U.S.-led atrocity perpetrated to Occupy Iraqi Land (OIL). Whether a given intra-war atrocity has enough valid documentation/testimony is a matter for history to decide. In a philosophical sense, a permanent atrocity is taking place every day in Iraq: the expanding cloud of depleted-uranium-munitions residue across the air, soil, and waterways, causing untold current/future birth defects and premature death upon its (mostly) civilian victims.

Attempts to slay the messengers of such bad news (e.g., Capt. May) won’t change the reality. Shame on Amerika and, especially, on its current RICO junta!

The fool on tape does not represent “a good portion of the troops and veterans out there.” Troops reflect society - good, bad, the heroic and the ugly.

The only thing worse than this phony guy on tape are the phony progressives who hype BushCo/neocons mistreatment of the troops (benefits, healthcare, poor equipment etc.) and feign high outrage - and the same folks then turn right around and condemn “a good portion” of the troops as psychopaths who get off on murder, rape, and torture.

I think it’s a magnificent article and one that obviously makes these girly girl boys uncomfortable. No offense to any females here. When someone makes jokes about serious topics they really show their ignorance. Also Capt May is an amazing man and patriot who hundreds and hundreds of us have joined in fighting this criminal administration and weak congress. It doesn’t matter if this video is true or not really when it comes right down to it because it’s happening every day over in Iraq and elsewhere our military is based. It’s something that happens to a certain element of troops with the blood and guts and blown up friends and atrocities and training that we have never seen in the military. There is more rape, homicide and suicide recorded than ever before during the war and after troops get home. I’ve heard stories that would make those of you so childish as to make stupid comments here wet your pants. This is serious business and Capt May is the most wonderful patriot, Army intel officer, leader of activists, human being- everything that a great leader is made of- we should all be so great and contribute so much to the problems of this nation and world in such horrendous times. Possibly you’ll try to characterize my descriptions of solidarity with radical veterans ‘ (IVAW’s) opposition to the Iraq War as an invitation to you to accompany me to Washington, DC? It is to laugh.

Regarding your photographs, maybe I should have termed them beefcake instead of pinups? But I’ll rely on you for validation of my usage here. How would you, Mr. May, characterize photographs of a person so obviously narcissistic that their gender is blatantly irrelevant?

I’m so glad you’ve found your foray into DV’s “back-and-forth dialogue” worthwhile, a “special treat.” But you have serious matters to attend to, “with your editors…expecting a new column in a couple of days, so (you’ll) have to bow out of the discussion form”? Then, you posted two more comments. Unlike yourself, May, I have no “editors” waiting impatiently for my valued work, but when I say I have serious matters to attend to and I’ll have to bow out, I mean it.

Anyone at this late date who cannot see that 911 has many anamolies is in the minority.
I happen to believe it was an inside job for the following main reasons :
1. Lucky Larry Silverstein admitted they “pulled” Building 7 - you can find that on YouTube ;
2. There were US drills going on the very day of 911 that simulated the horrific events, ie, planes flying into buildings. To my present disgust, these drills clearly went live ;
3. NORAD obviously stood down, and allowed the event to happen. Minetta said it appeared (inside the bunker) that Cheney himself repeatedly ordered the stand down as it was happening. A young officer asked him (according to Minetta) “Have the orders changed ?”. Cheney said “Have you heard otherwise ?”.

911 truthers are not nuts, they are now in the majority.

As to Captain May taking an interest in all this, and in working to prevent the next 911, he is fully within his rights. The man is a real, living patriot, which is rare enough in this environment of fear where people do not always seem to have the guts to do what is right.
Mark Twain’s quote fully applies to the Captain :

“In the beginning of a change, the patriot is a scarce man, and brave, and hated, and scorned. When his cause succeeds, the timid join him for then it costs nothing to be a patriot.”

If you think that just going along with what the cabal is doing to our constitution, and parroting what the establishment wants all of us to say and think, if you think this will somehow make you safe, history shows you are wrong.
