It is obvious that the trial was a farce to begin with what with intimidated witnesses, tampered evidence and supression of defense dvidence (not to mention the fact the real killer confessed and that is not considered admissable for not being "timely"). Mumia murdered nobody, a fact any ten year old could deduce from the facts. I have been following this case on and offf for the past twelve years. The media will portray Maureen Faulkner and an innocent white widow of a police officer who was murder and victimized by a black man. It seem like the kind of story that the racist media like to feed to a racist society. The title of her book says it all. Yet they'll give a one-sided forum to Ms. Faulkner. Even NPR several years ago did a bias one-sided report against Mumia so clearly the white racist corporate media has already that Mumia "guilt".
