		<description>Very nice article thanks.  I think that South America may actually be the starting point o the majority actually 'taking' their place- as opposed to the predominant form of government where the minoirty rule the majority.  Hopefully - the movements of Bolivia, Venezuela and Equador can be economically viable.  It seems that people prefer sibsistence slavery rather than freedom and pverty.
A viable economic model - is paramount and requires regional cooperation to escape the hegemony of the primarily Anglo-American/Franco-German Entente that makes very sure that even a sound government fails by bringing concerted economic pressure - despite these countries haing an incredible wealth of resources- for example Africa.

If these countries somehow survive the combined economic onslaught of the rigged world financial system - there is more than hope - there is as Correa said not a change of epoch but an epoch of change.</description>
