To have a working moral like the Tortise and the Hare, The Lady and the Tiger, or the boy who cried wolf, you have to have a working story to start with. Maybe if you have never been around a Navy ship, let alone an Aircraft Carrier, this would make a reasonable story. I have much more to say, and when I have done some research I will.
